OUR WARRANTY
	We stand behind our product. At Rocking R Designs, we use only the best materials and workmanship to create a top quality product. The Oar Saddle is designed to be durable and tough. However, in the event that issues arise, we offer the following purchase guarantee. Please read this document thoroughly and contact us if you have any questions. If you are the original purchaser, Rocking R Designs warrants the Oar Saddle to be free from defects in material and workmanship for as long as you own it. If found to be defective, and not resulting from any misuse or abuse, we will either repair or replace your Oar Saddle at no cost to you. If you repair the Oar Saddle through a source other than Rocking R Designs, this warranty is voided, and Rocking R Designs is not liable for any costs incurred. To qualify for this guarantee, you must provide proof of purchase. Repaired products will carry the same warranties as the original purchase. The exception to the material replacement warranty is the Saddle Blanket that lies between the Oar Saddle and the inflatable boat. Depending on use and wear, this item will need to be replaced. Because it is not manufactured by Rocking R Designs, it is not included in this warranty. This warranty becomes null and void if you make any modifications to the Oar Saddle. This warranty does not cover normal usage, maintenance, or abuse. If your Oar Saddle becomes damaged, not as a result of manufacturer or material defect, we will make every effort to repair it, but any repair costs incurred (including shipping) are the responsibility of the purchaser. This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied. Rocking R Designs shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages that might occur during the usage of the Oar Saddle.   We at Rocking R Designs would also like to remind you that there are inherent dangers in the sport of rafting. In using this product, you understand and agree to assume all risks and hazards, including the possibility of injury to yourself and others, that are inherent in this activity. Please be safe.
